Resolution 11861 RESOLUTION NO. 11861
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Attorney be and he
is hereby instructed and directed to utilize every legal
means to assure that the City of Miami Beach Tax Roll
being compiled by the Metropolitan Dade County Tax
Assessor be adjusted and fairly equalized, so that each
taxpayer in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, obtains a
fair, just and equal assessment; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH; FLORIDA, that it is the consensus
of the said City Council that, if necessary, special
counsel shall be retained for this purpose; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH; FLORIDA, that certified copies of this
resolution be transmitted to the County Manager and the
County Tax Assessor of Dade County, Florida, and to each
member of the Board of County Commissioners of Dade
County, Florida.
