Resolution 11866 RESOLUTION NO. 11866
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach,
Florida" , and the maps attached thereto and made a part
thereof, so as to exclude from the "BD" Business District
and to include in the "BA" Business District, as said
districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance,
those certain parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade
County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 22 to 35, inclusive, Block 15A,
ISLAND VIEW ADDITION, according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 9, page 44 of the public records
of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 3rd day
of August, 1966, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. , in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consid-
eration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED -.that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper
of general circulation in said City.
