Resolution 11866-A RESOLUTION NO. 11866 A
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it is the consensus of said
City Council that the establishment of a concrete mixing
plant on the site of the Reed Construction Company, situate
on Lots 28 through 33, inclusive, Block 15A, ISLAND VIEW
ADDITION, Plat Book 9, page 44 of the public records of
Dade County, Florida, and in the surrounding area, is a use
which is more obnoxious and detrimental to the welfare of
the community than the enterprises and businesses enumerated
and set forth in Section 10 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach,
Florida" .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, A. D.
