Resolution 11867 RESOLUTION NO, 11867
WHEREAS Irving M. Ellis, Jr. was the successful bidder for
the "Dockage Concession of For Hire Charter Fishing Boats &
Marina at the Chamber of Commerce Dock Area in the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" in accordance with the City of Miami
Beach Specifications for the leasing of the Chamber of Commerce
Dock Area, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an Agreement for
the said dockage concession in accordance with the provisions
of the said Specifications and Proposal, with the terms of
which Agreement the City Council is familiar, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach deems
it to be in the best interest of the City to enter into such
Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said Agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1966.
