Resolution 11868 RESOLUTION NO. 11868
WHEREAS Calypso Lines Limited desires to lease a portion of
the Chamber of Commerce Dock Area for the purpose of docking
the M/V CARIB QUEEN, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an Agreement for
the said docking, with the terms of which Agreement the City
Council is familiar, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach deems
it to be in the best interest of the City to enter into such
Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said Agreement for and on behalf of the said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2. 2/ day of June, 1966.
