Resolution 12559 RESOLUTION NO. 12559
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida. is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to exclude from the
"BAA" Business District, and to include in the "RE" Multiple-Family
District, as said districts are set forth and defined in said
ordinance, and to include in such Area District as the City Council
may deem appropriate, that certain parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the City of Miami Beach, County of Dade and State of Florida,
described as follows , to wit :
Lot 1, Block 43 . ALTON BEACH BAYFRONT
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4 at page 125
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the sane is hereby called to be held on December 13, 196'3, at
11 :00 A.M. , in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days '
notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Aiami Beach Daily Sun, a daily newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
