WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that
FLORIDA EDUCATION ASSOCIATION
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall for the purpose of

Committee Meetings in Conven.
on Hall South
Convention Hall South-April 22 thru 27, 1969
Auditorium -April 24 thru 26, 1969
, and
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as
to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease
agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of
the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above dAscribed. lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1968.
