BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the existing Lease by and be-
tween the said City and Junior Chamber International
for the premises now occupied by said Junior Chamber
International, dated April 19, 1961, for a period of
five (5) years commencing June 17, 1961, be renewed and
extended on a month to month basis, terminable at the
will of either party, upon the same terms and conditions
as set forth in the existing Lease, and that an appro-
priate agreement, as prepared by the City Attorney, be
executed by the Mayor and the City Clerk for and in the
name of the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1966.
