Resolution 11883 RESOLUTION NO. 11883
WHEREAS the Trustees of the City of Miami Beach Employees '
Retirement System have recommended to the City Council that
Moody's Investors Service, Inc. be retained as Investment
Counsel for the said Retirement System, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
found that the said recommendation is well founded, and
WHEREAS an Agreement has been prepared retaining said
Moody' s Investors Service, Inc. as Investment Counsel for a
period of one (1) year commencing June 30, 1966, and the City
Council is familiar with the terms and provisions of said
Agreement, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach deems
it to be in the best interests of the City of Miami Beach, its
citizens and residents, that said Agreement be executed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement for and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach, and the
appropriate financial and disbursing officials of the City of
Miami Beach be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
pay and disburse the sum or sums set forth in said Agreement.
