Resolution 12569 RESOLUTION NO. 12569
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, directed the City Public 'Yorks Director to prepare plans
for the construction of an extension to the existing sewerage
ocean outfall for an additional three thousand five hundred feet
(3, 500 ' ) with forty-eight inch (43" ) pipe to a depth of sixteen
fathoms (95' ) at a distance of ten thousand five hundred feet
(10, 500 ' ) from the shoreline, which plans are to be subitted
for consideration of the Florida State Board of Health for
approval ; and
WHEREAS said City desires to make application to said
Florida State Board of Health for the approval of said plans , and
WHERErZ the City's Public Works Director has completed
and submitted said plans to the City Council, and the City Council
has duly approved the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City's Public Works
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to submit
said plans to the Florida State Board of Health for the latter ' s
consideration and approval.
