Resolution 11891 RESOLUTION NO. 11891
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that the existing Agreement between the City of
Miami Beach and Hank Roberts, Convention Assistant, which
Agreement expires on August 24, 1966, be and the same is hereby
renewed for a period of six (6) months commencing August 25,
1966 at a total compensation of Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000.00)
upon the same terms and conditions as appear in the existing
Agreement, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute for and
in the name of the City the renewal Agreement hereinabove
described and prepared by the City Attorney, and the appropriate
financial and disbursing officials of the City of Miami Beach
be and they are hereby directed to disburse the sums to the
said Hank Roberts as specified and set forth in the said
renewal Agreement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1966.
