Resolution 11895 RESOLUTION NO. 11895
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as
to exclude from the "RD" Single-Family District and to include
in the "RE" Multiple-Family District, as said districts are
set forth and defined in said ordinance, that certain parcel
of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
described as follows, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 51, ORCHARD
SUBDIVISIONS NOS. 2 & 3,
according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 8, page
116 of the public records of
Dade County, Florida.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH; FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 10th
day of August, 1966, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consider-
ation of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper
of general circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1966.
