A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE LEASING OF
THE DINING ROOM AND BAR OF THE BAYSHORE GOLF
COURSE.
WHEREAS , the City of Miami Beach has a concessionaire
agreement for Bayshore Golf Course ; and
WHEREAS, Mr . Gerald Kelly and Mr . Clifton Sosson,
employees of the concessionaire, wish to lease the dining room and
bar under a management agreement,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City Council hereby approves intering into a
managerial agreement with Mr. Gerald Kelly and Mr . Clifton Sosson
to lease the dining room and bar of the Bayshore Golf Course.
PASSED and ADPOTED this 6th day of November , 1968.
