Resolution 11903 RESOLUTION NO. 11903
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach, Florida",
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to
exclude from the "RA" Estate District and to include in the
"RE" Multiple Family District, as said districts are set forth
and defined in said ordinance, those certain parcels of land
situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as
follows; to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, FLAMINGO BAY
SUBDIVISION NO. ONE, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 6, Page 101 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
and to include the said parcels of land in such Area Districts
as the City Council may deem appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 12th day of October,
1966 at 11:00 o 'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1966.
