Resolution 11914 RESOLUTION NO. 11914
BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it hereby consents to the
assignment of the July 1, 1965 agreement between MELLOW
MUSIC AND VENDING, INC. and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
for the "automatic coin-operatedcandy, hot drinks and
sandwich dispensing machines concession at certain
Municipal Bathing Beaches, Recreational Facilities and
Public Buildings" in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
to AUTOMATIC RETAILERS OF AMERICA, INC. , in accordance
with the provisions of the aforementioned concession
agreement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1966.
