Resolution 12594 RESOLUTION NO . 12594
WHEREAS, pursuant to Commission Memorandum 1763 the City
Manager was authorized to examine the feasibility of entering into
a contract between the City and All Coin Vendors for the instal-
lation of six coin operated shoe shine machines in the Miami Beach
Auditorium and Convention Hall ; and
WHEREAS , the specifications of said copy are expressed
and enumerated in the proposed contract itself, a copy of which is
attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Manager is
hereby authorized to enter into a contract with All Coin Vendors
for the installation of six coin operated shoe shine machines in
the Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1968 .
