Resolution 11928 RESOLUTION NO. 11928
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of "Question One" as set forth in
Sections 1 , 4 , 8 and 9 of Resolution No. 11921 which
provides for the appointment of one Associate Judge be and the same
is hereby amended so as to provide for the appointment of two
Associate Judges.
SECTION 2: That Sections 1, 4 , 8 and 9 of said Resolution No. 11921
be and the same are hereby amended so as to delete
therefrom Question No. 9, reading as follows:
"QUESTION NINE: Shall the City Charter be amended so
as to provide for a Municipal Judge
and two Associate Judges to be appointed by the City
Council and to hold office at the will of the Council,
and whose salary shall be fixed by ordinance. This
provision, if approved, shall supersede anything to
the contrary in the amendment proposed by "Question One".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that said Resolution No. 11921 , as hereby amended, is
hereby ratified and approved.
