RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICA-
TION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY OF THE
UNITED STATES FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT A
BULKHEAD AND PLACE FILL ON THE EAST SIDE OF
INDIAN CREEK OPPOSITE LOTS THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY TWO (332) THROUGH THREE HUNDRED FORTY
FIVE (345) FIRST OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION,AND
LOTS ONE (1) THROUGH NINETEEN (19) BLOCK TWO
(2) SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION AND TRACT
THREE (3) BATH CLUB PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
THAT Frank G. Aymonin, City Engineer for said City
be, and he is hereby directed and authorized to make applica-
tion to the Department of the Army of the United States for
permission to construct a bulkhead and place fill on the East
side of Indian Creek opposite Lots Three Hundred Thirty Two
(332) through Three Hundred Forty Five (345) First Ocean Front
Subdivision, and Lots One (1) through Nineteen (19) Block Two
(2) Second Ocean Front Subdivision and Tract Three (3) Bath
Club Property, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and to make
such application in the name of said City or in his own name as
representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, A.D.
