Resolution 11940 RESOLUTION NO. 11940
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida finds that it is for the best interest for the resi-
dents and citizens of said City to provide for the repair, in-
stallation, removal and storage of Christmas Decorations for
the Lincoln Road Mall as more particularly described in the
agreement hereinafter referred to. The total purchase price is
$4,800.00, of which the City is to pay $2,400.00 and the Lincoln
Road Merchants ' Guild is to pay $2,400.00; and
WHEREAS an agreement prepared by Southeastern Display
Company, Inc. , for the repair and the installation, removal and
storage of said Christmas Decorations has been duly submitted
to the City Council, and the City Council being familiar with
the terms and provisions set forth therein, and the said
agreement being duly approved as to form by the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach,
and that the financial officers be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make the disbursements required to
be made thereunder.
