Resolution 11951 RESOLUTION NO. 11951
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that that portion of Section 1 of Resolution No.
11927 reading as follows:
" (A) For the purpose of carrying on the
Government and the Administration of
the City and to provide funds for the
support and maintenance of the several City
Departments, and also for appropriate re-
serves and contingencies, including a re-
serve for tax discounts and abatements and
uncollected taxes, Ten and Eighty-nine Hun-
dredths (10.89) Mills on the dollar of the
taxable just valuation of all taxable non-
exempt property in said City. "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (A) For the purpose of carrying on the

uncollected taxes, Ten and Sixty-seven Hun-
dredths (10.67) Mills on the dollar of the
taxable just valuation of all taxable non-
exempt property in said City. "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida that Section 2 of Resolution No. 11927
reading as follows:
"SECTION 2. That said total millage of
Fourteen and Twenty-one (14.21)
Hundredths Mills on the dollar was fixed
and determined in the manner provided by
Section 193.03, Florida Statutes, and is in
compliance therewith, and that the valua-
tions given to the City by the Tax Assessor
for Metropolitan Dade County were utilized
without exception by the City. "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"SECTION 2, That said total millage of
Thirteen and Ninety-nine
(13.99) Hundredths Mills on the dollar was
fixed and determined in the manner provided
by Section 193.03, Florida Statutes, and is
in compliance therewith, and that the
