Resolution 11958- RESOLUTION NO. 11958 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that that portion of Resolution No. 11929, passed and adopted by the City Council on the 7th day of September, 1966, reading as follows: "All apartment hotels of over 200 units, as the term apartment hotels is defined in Section 1 of Zoning Ordinance 289 of the City of Miami Beach, shall be allowed to have, as accessory uses for their tenants only: Dining rooms, restaurants, coffee shops, stock brokerage offices, tobacco stands and news stands, and all other accessory uses presently permitted under Section 4-D as it applies to REA Multiple Family Districts, provided, however, any such room or facility provided for herein or in the Use Regulations of Section 4-D of Ordinance 289 shall be entered only from within the building in the same manner and subject to the same requirements, restrictions and conditions as hereinabove provided for service facilities in hotels of 100 or more guest rooms, and no sign, advertisement or other appearance or indication of such accessory use or uses shall be visible at any time or in any manner from any public street, avenue, walk or public way.
