Resolution 12900 RESOLUTION NO. 12900
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida" , by deleting from Section 1 thereof, the
definition of a self-service laundry, and by amending
Section 8 so as to permit self-service laundries to be
equipped with automatic washing machines having a
capacity per unit in excess of ten (10) pounds of dry
clothing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public
hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held on
February 4, 1970, at 4: 30 P.M. , in the Council Chambers at
City Hall, 1130 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk-Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give at least
fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time, place and object of
said hearing by public notice thereof, published in the
Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said
City.
