The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC") is to inform the Commission of a
motion passed by the Mayor's Ad Hoc Small Business Task Force during their
December 10,2018 meeting.

MOTION: To request the Miami Beach City Commission lobby the Florida State
Legislature to support the re-establishment of a state film industry tax incentive.
