With the excellent leadership of Mayor Gelber, I intend to serve the residents, visitors and investors in our City by focusing on the issues that are the main causes of concern for our City. Our elected Commissioners carry the responsibility of best serving the citizenry by proving the highest level of safety, the best school system, the improvements of streets, parks, and public spaces, and to make the best decisions regarding sustainability for the City. This would include green projects, providing the highest quality lifestyle of the residents, addressing their concerns on an ongoing basis, and responding to the general needs of our community. My background in Real Estate Development Design and Engineering of numerous major projects in Miami Beach, my long standing and excellent knowledge of the City of Miami Beach Building and Public Works Departments, my Financial and Marketing background having produced many successful projects throughout Dade County, give me unique and valuable insights to enable me to best serve the needs of the City of Miami Beach Residents and property owners. My knowledge of the hotel business having worked with several major hotel chains, such as Marriott, Intercontinental Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Conrad Hotels, and others, give me unique insights into the needs and requirements of our hotel community in bringing visiting guests and patrons to the Community. I have made a commitment to the City of Miami Beach for over 58 years as a resident. I am strongly in favor of enhancing the services that our City provides, primarily to our residents. I am also very focused on services that we provide as a City to the visiting public where we have an opportunity to make an excellent first and lasting impression. This image makes Miami Beach that “World Class Destination” that is known by many throughout the United States and throughout the World, and supports the important revenue base for the City.
