PARKING DEMAND/SUPPLY ANALYSIS - ALTERNATE SITES
Date: June 18, 2003
After the Joint Finance and Citywide Projects Committee/Land Use and Development
Committee meeting held on June 5, 2003, wherein the Parking Demand/Supply Analysis
was presented, staff conducted a site visit of the 63rd to 69th Street area with Vice Mayor
Garcia and were able to identify additional potential developable sites to be considered as
part of the alternatives analysis.
Three other areas were identified including: · Sunset Harbor
· Altos Del MarWest
· Flamingo Neighborhood
