A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ATTORNEY TO DISMISS CONDEMNATION SUIT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND JOHN L. BELL
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach has determined it to be in the best interest of the City
and its residents and citizens to terminate the condemnation
proceedings in the matter of the City of Miami Beach v. John L.
Bell filed in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit
of Florida, in and for Dade County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City
Attorney be directed to voluntarily dismiss its petition in eminent
domain proceedings against all persons and parties having or
' claiming any interest or lien in or against any and all of the
following described property, to-wit:
Lots 7 , 8 and 9, Block 1, AMENDED PLAT OF
SECOND OCEANFRONT SUBDIVISION, as recorded
in Plat Book 28 , at page 28 , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1976 .
