RESOLUTION NO. 76-14960
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO FILE
APPROPRIATE SUIT TO DETERMINE VALIDITY OF
ORDINANCE NO. 76-2058 , RELATING TO FINANCIAL
. DISCLOSURE.
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach ,
has adopted Ordinance No. 76-2058, pertaining to financial
disclosure;= and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance raises a number of legal issues
which require determination by the Courts in the State of Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Attorney be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to institute such suit or suits •
as he may deem appropriate, in such Courts in the State of Florida,
as he shall deem proper, for the obtention of a resolution of all
legal questions involved in the ,validity of said Ordinance No.
76-2058.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1976.
