RESOLUTION NO. 76-14966
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-14107,
AS AMENDED, EXTENDING THE BUILDING MORATORIUM
PERIOD CREATED BY SAID RESOLUTION NO. 73-14107,
AS AMENDED, FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD, DUP TO AND
• INCLUDING MARCH 31, 1976 .

BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 73-14107, as amended,
be and the same is hereby amended so as to provide that the
expiration date of the building moratorium imposed thereby be and
and same is hereby extended for an additional period, up to and
including March 31, 1976 , so as to obtain recommendation from the
South Shore Redevelopment Authority and an updated recommendation from
the City 's Administration; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the exemptions and express provisions
provided for by said Resolution No. 73-14107 , as amended, be and the
same are hereby accordingly extended and continued for an additional
period, up to and including March 31, 1976.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1976 .
