A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
EXISTING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH AND GOVERNOR WALLACE CAMPAIGN.
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH entered into a Lease
Agreement with GOVERNOR WALLACE CAMPAIGN,. dated December 5,
1975, and
WHEREAS, GOVERNOR WALLACE CAMPAIGN has requested
an amendment to said existing lease agreement to provide that
they release the date of March 4, 1976 in the Miami Beach Convention
Hall South, and will instead use the date of March 2, 1976, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the existing
agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, a letter, signed by the Executive Director of.
the Miami Beach Convention Center, dated January 4, 1976, amending
the existing agreement between GOVERNOR WALLACE CAMPAIGN and the
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH has been mailed to and accepted by GOVERNOR
WALLACE CAMPAIGN;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter dated January 4,
1976, signed by the Executive Director of the Miami Beach Convention
Center, amending the existing agreement between GOVERNOR WALLACE
CAMPAIGN and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf of said CITY.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March , 1976,
