A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
EXISTING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH AND THE ASSOCIATION FOR SUPERVISION
AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH entered into a lease
agreement with the ASSOCIATION FOR SUPERVISION AND CURRICULUM
DEVELOPMENT, dated May 30 , 1974 , and
WHEREAS , said2ASSOCIATION FOR SUPERVISION AND CURRICULUM
DEVELOPMENT has requested an amendment to said existing lease
agreement to provide that they delete the move-out dates of
March 17 and 18 , 1976 , in the South Hall of the Miami Beach Con-
vention Center from said agreement, and
WHEREAS , all other terms and conditions of the existing
agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, a letter, signed by the Executive Director of
the Miami Beach Convention .Center, dated February 23, 1976 , amend-1
ing the existing agreement between ASSOCIATION FOR SUPERVISION AND
CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH has been mailed
to and accepted by said ASSOCIATION FOR SUPERVISION AND CURRICULUM
DEVELOPMENT;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter dated February 23,
1976 , signed by the Executive Director of the Miami Beach Convention
Center, amending the existing agreement between ASSOCIATION FOR
SUPERVISION AND CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT and CITY OF MIAMI BEACH be
and the same is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and on
behalf of said CITY. (After the Fact)
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of March , 1976.
