A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
EXISTING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH AND DATACOMM INTERFACE, INC.
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH entered into a lease
agreement with the DATACOMM INTERFACE, INC. , a Massachussetts
corporation, doing business as "Data Communications Interface
' 76", dated February 18, 1976, and
WHEREAS, said DATACOMM INTERFACE, INC. has requested
an amendment to said existing lease agreement to provide that
they will use the South Hall Wraparound meeting rooms, March
29-31, 1976, in addition to the dates to be used in the North
Hall of the Miami Beach Convention Center, as set forth in
said Contract, at an additional cost of One Thousand Eight
Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($1,800.00) , and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the exist-
ing agreement shall remain the same, except said additional sum
' of One Thousand Eight Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($1,800.00) ,
shall be payable on signing of this amendment, receipt whereof
has .been acknowledged, and
WHEREAS, a letter, signed by the Executive Director of
the Miami Beach Convention Center, dated March 9, 1976, amending
the existing agreement between DATACOMM INTERFACE, INC. and the
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH has been mailed to and accepted by said
DATACOMM INTERFACE, INC. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter dated March 9,
1976, signed byithe Executive Director of the Miami Beach Con-
vention Center, amending the existing agreement between DATACOMM
INTERFACE, INC. and CITY OF MIAMI BEACH be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf of said CITY.
