A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
QUIT-CLAIM DEED TO A PORTION OF LOTS 51 AND
52, BLOCK 10, OCEAN SIDE SECTION, ISLE OF
NORMANDY, TO BE DELIVERED UPON PAYMENT BY
AARON GOLDMAN OF PRO-RATED TAXES THEREON.
WHEREAS, Aaron Goldman, the owner of Lots 51 and 52
less the Northerly 25 feet thereof to the City, Block 10, OCEAN
SIDE SECTION, ISLE OF NORMANDY, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 25 , Page 60 , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, has requested that the City of Miami Beach
reconvey to him the said Northerly 25 ft. thereof, by quit-claim
deed, to be delivered upon payment by Mr. Goldman to the City of
pro-rated taxes on this land which he has been utilizing for
parking, and
WHEREAS, the deed by which the City of Miami Beach
acquired title to said parcel of land provides that title thereto
shall revert to the grantor, his successors or assigns, if said
land shall not be used for off-street parking purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended to the City
Council that the City has no plans to use said land for said
purposes either now or in the reasonably anticipated future, and
has recommended that title thereto be _reconveyed to said Aaron
Goldman, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
finds and determines that it is in the best interests of said
City and its citizens and residents to accept the recommendation
of the City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the request of Aaron
Goldman, the owner of said Lots 51 and 52 less the Northerly 25
feet thereof to the City, Block 10 , OCEAN SIDE SECTION, ISLE OF
NORMANDY, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted, and
the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
prepare for the signature of the Mayor and attestation of the
City Clerk, an appropriate quit-claim deed, for and on behalf of
the City of Miami Beach, releasing all right, title or interest
to the said 25 ft. parcel of land, being described as the North-
erly 25 ft. of Lots 51 and 52 , Block 10, OCEAN SIDE SECTION, ISLE
OF NORMANDY, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
25, Page 60, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, said
quit-claim deed to be delivered upon the payment by Aaron Goldman
of- the pro-rated taxes on this land, which he has been utilizing
for parking, for the years 1971 through and including 1975.
PASSED and. ADOPTED this 28th day o. April, 1976 .

This Quit-Claim Deed is executed pursuant to the provisions
of 'Resolution No. 76-15028, passed and adopted on April 28,
1976, by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
To have and to Mold the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
