A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE EXISTING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND THE GRAND CANYON
PRODUCTIONS , INC.
•
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH entered into a lease
agreement with GRAND CANYON PRODUCTIONS, INC. , dated. February 11,
1976, for "Hobby - Do It Yourself" Show, and
WHEREAS, said GRAND CANYON PRODUCTIONS, INC. has
requested an amendment to said existing lease agreement to pro-
vide thattthey release the move-in date of April 29, 1976 and
the move-out date of May 3, 1976 , in the South Hall of the Miami
Beach Convention Center and will use the dates of April 30 , 1976
to May 2, 1976 as follows :
April 30 , 1976 - 8 : 00 a.m.-4 : 00 p.m. ---Move In
April 30, 1976 - 4 : 00 .p.m. to
May 2, 1976 - 10 : 00 p.m. Show
May 2 , 1976 - after 10 :00 p.m. Move Out
and
WHEREAS , all other terms and conditions of the existing
agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS , a letter, signed by the Executive Director of
the Miami Beach Convention Center, dated April 23, 1976 , amending
the existing agreement between GRAND'€ANYON PRODUCTIONS , INC. and
the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH has been mailed to and accepted by said
GRAND CANYON PRODUCTIONS , INC. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the, letter dated April 23,
1976, signed by the Executive Director of the Miami Beach Conven-
tion Center, .amending the existing agreement between GRAND CANYON
PRODUCTIONS, INC. and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved in the name of andaon behalf of the
said CITY.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May , 1976.
