A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMMENDING LYNN
EPSTEIN FOR ATTAINING THE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP
IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA HIGH SCHOOL COMPETITION.
WHEREAS, LYNN EPSTEIN, a student at Miami Beach Senior
High School, has brought great honor and recognition to the City of
'' Miami Beach and Miami Beach Senior High School, by having won the
State of Florida High School Tennis Championship, and
WHEREAS, every individual interested in the good name of
the City of Miami Beach and the Miami Beach Senior High School takes
great pride in LYNN EPSTEIN' S stellar achievement and shares with
her the pleasure which is rightfully hers on being accorded such a
high honor, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
desires to express for each and every member thereof, as well as for
all of the residents and citizens of the City of Miami Beach, their
sincere gratification and deep pride in the accomplishment and
achievement won by LYNN EPSTEIN, and
WHEREAS, it is also the desire of the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach that LYNN EPSTEIN be fully cognizant of the
pride and gratification of this community in the great and signal
honor so conferred upon her;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, for itself, and for each individual
member thereof, does hereby express its and their deepest, warmest
and most sincere congratulations to the said LYNN EPSTEIN for her
achievement and success in attaining the highest honor attainable in
High School Tennis competition; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that all those who devoted their time in
assisting and contributing to the success of the said LYNN EPSTEIN
be and they are hereby also especially commended for their exemplary
devotion to the said LYNN EPSTEIN in achieving her goal; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, and by each and every member thereof, that a
suitably engrossed copy of this resolution be presented to the said
LYNN EPSTEIN, for and on behalf of each and every citizen and
resident of the City of Miami Beach as evidence of such pride on the
part of the community in her exceptional and outstanding achievement.
