A RESOLUTION PROVIDING AUTHORITY FOR THE SIGN-
ING OF VOUCHERS DRAWING ON FUNDS IN SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS IN CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
ACCOUNTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that all withdrawals of funds from investment
share accounts established and maintained by the City of Miami ,
Beach in the following Federal Savings and Loan Associations in
the City of Miami Beach:
American Savings and Loan Association
Chase Federal Savings and Loan Association
Financial Federal Savings and Loan Association
Washington Federal Savings and Loan Association
shall be upon official vouchers duly prepared, and each bearing
two signatures as follows:
By James A. Young, as Finance Director, or in his
• absence or inability to act for any reason
By Horac:io; Montes De Oca, as Acting Chief Accountant,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason
By Elaine Matthews, as City Clerk;
countersigned
By D. A. Southern, as City Manager, or in his absence
or inability to act for any reason
By Donald Harney, as Executive Assistant to the City
Manager, or in his absence or inability to act for
any reason
By Robert Malvestuto, as Executive Assistant to the City
Manager, or in his absence or inability to act for
any reason
By Willard Beck, as Budget Officer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said American Savings and
Loan Association, Chase Federal Savings and Loan Association,
Financial Federal Savings and Loan Association, and Washington
Federal Savings and Loan Association are hereby authorized and •
directed to accept, honor and pay without further inquiry, and
until delivery to it of written notice of the revocation of the
authority hereby granted, all checks, drafts or other orders for
the payment or withdrawal of money deposited in investment share
accounts in savings and loan associations in the name of said City
of Miami Beach, including all such instruments drawn to the indi-
vidual order of the officers signing the same and including also
all such instruments payable or endorsed in the name of the City
of Miami Beach by its officers hereinabove named.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that all resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a certified copy of this
resolution be delivered to each of the savings and loan associa-
tions hereinabove identified.
