Gonzalez City Manager COMMUNITY DESIGN WORKSHOPS GOODMAN, HINSON, & ALASKA PARCELS Date: June 20, 2003 As part of the City's contract with Architect Alex Cooper, of the firm of Cooper, Robertson & Partners, to review a variety of plans and development proposals for the South Pointe Area, in the general area bounded by Biscayne Bay, First Street, Ocean Drive and Government Cut, a series of two workshops have been scheduled on July 1st and July 15th. We are providing the community two opportunities to discuss with Mr. Cooper the development plans that are being considered. Tuesday, July 1, 2003 at 7:00 pm - City Commission Chambers Tuesday, July 15, 2003 at 6:00 pm - City Commission Chambers The workshops will provide the community with an opportunity to provide input and receive the benefit Mr. Cooper's analysis regarding proposals that have been submitted in settlement of South Pointe area litigation, through the proposed expansion of public land and baywalk adjacent to South Pointe Park and the development of Goodman, Hinson, & Alaska Parcels If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
