A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF A CON-
SULTANT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN MIAMI BEACH
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY; THE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING
INSTITUTE, INC. , AND THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FOR THE PERIOD ENDING MAY 31, 1978.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Nos. 77-15283 and 77-15291, the City
Commission has authorized and approved a redevelopment plan for the City of
Miami Beach under the provisions of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, and
WHEREAS, Environmental Planning Institute, Inc. has heretofore been
employed by the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency and the City of Miami Beach
to render certain consultant services, and
WHEREAS, said contract will expire March 31, 1978, and it is necessary
that said contract be renewed and extended until May 31, 1978;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that said contract be and the same is hereby deemed
to be amended to reflect the extension of same until May 31, 1978.
