A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMEND-
MENTS TO AGREEMENT WITH MIAMI-DADE COMMUNITY
COLLEGE WHEREBY THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FUR-
NISHES POLICE PERSONNEL AS INSTRUCTORS AND
TRAINING ADVISORS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE
SOUTHEAST FLORIDA INSTITUTE OF CRIMINAL
JUSTICE, FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS, COM-
MENCING JULY 1, 1978 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the existing agreement between Miami-
Dade Community College and the City of Miami Beach, whereby the
City of Miami Beach furnishes police personnel to serve as
Instructors to Miami-Dade Community College for the operation of
its Southeast Florida Institute of Criminal Justice, be amended
by extending said agreement from its present expiration date of
June 30, 1978 for an additional period of two years thereafter,
so that the same will expires on June 30, 1980; all other terms
' of said agreement shall remain the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the existing agreement between

Training Advisors to Miami-Dade Community College for the operation
of its Southeast Florida Institute of Criminal Justice, be amended
by extending said agreement from its present expiration date of
June 30, 1978, for an additional period of two years thereafter,
so that the same will expire on June 30, 1980; all other terms of
said agreement shall remain the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver said Amendment to the Agreements, the terms of which are
familiar to the City Commission.
