A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, THE
ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING INSTITUTE, INC.
AND THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FOR THE
PERIOD ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1978 .
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Nos. 77-.15283
and 77-15291, the City Commission has authorized and
approved a redevelopment plan for the City of Miami Beach
under the provisions of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, Environmental Planning Institute, Inc.
has heretofore been employed by the Miami Beach Redevelop-
ment Agency and the City of Miami Beach to render certain
consultant services, and

WHEREAS, said Agreement will expire .May 31,
1978, and it is necessary that said Agreement be renewed
and extended thr-oughDecember 31, 1978;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said
Agreement be and the same is hereby amended to reflect
the extension of same through: December 31, 1978 .
