A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-15624
OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH SO AS TO RESET THE PUBLIC HEARING PRO-
VIDED FOR THEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 78-15624 be and the
same is hereby amended so as to provide that a Public Hearing
for the consideration of the proposed amendment to Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 1891, as set forth in said Resolution No. 78-15624 ,
be held before the City Commission at its Chambers in City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at the hour of 3: 00 p.m. , on June
28, 1978, and that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to publish an appropriate Public Notice of said Public Hearing to
. be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Miami Beach, at which time and place all interested parties will
be heard.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1978 .
