A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CODIFICATION
AND PRINTING OF CITY CODE AND CHARTER SUPPLEMENTS
FOR A FIVE-YEAR PERIOD TO CODED SYSTEMS CORP.
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of June, 1978 , the City Com-
mission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, found and determined
that CODED SYSTEMS CORP. was the lowest and best bidder for the
codification and printing of the City Code and Charter Supple-
ments, and
WHEREAS, Coded Systems Corp. agrees to the codification
and printing of the City Code and Charter Supplements at the rate
of Fourteen and 40/100 Dollars ($14 . 40) per page for a period of
five (5) years, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be in the best interests of the City that such Agree-
ment be entered into by and between the City and said Publisher,
and •
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate
Agreement containing such terms, conditions and provisions with
which the City Commission is familiar;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida.
