RESOLUTION NO. 78-15676
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF A PRE-APPLI-
CATION FOR UDAG GRANT.
WHEREAS, the City Commission determined that the Miami
Beach Redevelopment Agency' s proposal for development activities
pertaining to the implementation of the redevelopment project, is
comprehensive and in order; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is familiar with the proposal
submitted by the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to authorize the filing
of a Pre-application for a UDAG Grant and that said application in-
clude the proposal submitted by the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1978 .
