A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO EXISTING
AGREEMENT BETWEEN DADE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
HEALTH, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABIL-
ITATIVE SERVICES, DISTRICT 11, AND THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the agreement now existing between the
DADE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, a local health unit
created under and pursuant to Chapter 154 , Florida Statutes, and
the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES ,
DISTRICT 11, an agency and instrumentality of the State of Florida,
and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, a Florida municipal corporation,
further provide that health services between State and the County
to the City shall be amended so as to provide that the expiration
date shall be February 28 , 1979, and that the amount of reimburse-
ment by the City of Miami Beach to said first parties shall be
increased to $45 ,765 , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk be hereby
authorized to execute said agreement and to deliver the same in the
name of the City of Miami Beach.
