A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA; AMENDING RESO-
LUTION NO. 78-15745 PERTAINING TO DOCKAGE OF
HOUSEBOATS AND HOUSEBARGES TO DELETE THERE-
FROM REFERENCE TO "HOUSEBOATS. "
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, did on the 18th day of October, 1978 , adopt - Resolution
No. 78-15745, pertaining to a moratorium on the dockage of house-
boats and housebarges;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 78-15745 of
the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, be and it is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom all references to "houseboats" con-
tained in Sections 2 and: 3 of said Resolution, provided further
that all other parts of said Resolution are readopted.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of November , 1978 .
