A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH PASTEUR MEDICAL CLINICS FOR USE OF PARKING
SPACES IN OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS 10G, 10X AND
10D, FROM FEBRUARY 26 , 1979 , TO FEBRUARY 25 , 1980 .
WHEREAS, Pasteur Medical Clinics has requested an Agree-
ment with the City of Miami Beach for a one-year period beginning
February 26 , 1979 , and
WHEREAS, the said Agreement provides that said Pasteur
Medical Clinics shall have the use of thirteen (13) off-street
parking spaces for the one-year period from February 26 , 1979 ,

through February 25, 1980, upon the terms, conditions and provi-
sions 'set
rovi-sions 'set forth therein, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it to be in the best
interests of the City that such Agreement be entered into by and
between the City and said Pasteur Medical Clinics, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate
Agreement containing such terms, conditions and provisions with
which the City Commission is familiar;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the q
said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED the 21st day of February , 1979 .
