A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH , FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO . 79-15829
WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF NEGOTIABLE COUPON
BONDS IN THE SUM OF $2 , 500, 000 BYAMENDING SECTION 2
OF SAID RESOLUTION BY INSERTING THEREIN A MATURITY
SCHEDULE: AND AMENDING SECTION 5 TO DIRECT THE FINANCE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE AN ARBITRAGE CERTIFICATE AND RE-
ADOPTING SAID RESOLUTION .
WHEREAS , the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
diad on the 7th day of February , 1979 , adopt Resolution No . 79-15829
authorizing the issuance of negotiable coupon bonds in the sum of
$2 , 500 ,000 ; and
WHEREAS , said resolution did not contain a maturity schedule ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE I,T RESOLVED by the City Commission of
th;e City of MiamiBeach :
Section 1 : That Section 2 of Resolution No . 79-15829 of
' the City Commission of the City of Miami: Beach , passed and adopted
the 7th, day of February, 1979 , be and it is hereby amended by
incorporating in the space provided therein the maturity schedule
attached hereto as Exhibit A, whichis incorporated herein by
reference .
Section 2 : That Section 5 of said Resolution No . 79-15829
b' and the same is hereby amended by inserting the words " Finance
Director" in the blank space provided therein .
Section 3 : That in all other respects , said Resolution
No . 79-15829 be and the same is readopted .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of FebMar"ch;- 1979 .
