Resolution 79-15852 RESOLUTION NO. 79-15852
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 10840 TO PROVIDE
FOR THREE (3) ADDITIONAL AT-LARGE MEMBERS TO BE
APPOINTED TO THE MIAMI BEACH FINE ARTS BOARD BY
THE CITY COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, that Resolution 10840 be amended as follows:
1. Said Board shall consist of fifteen (15) members;
eight (8) of whom shall be appointed at large by the City Com-
mission; and each Commissioner shall also be entitled to appoint
one member to said Board. *
Paragraphs 2 through 6 of Resolution 10840 shall remain
the same .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of March 1979.
