A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-15726
TO PROVIDE FOR THE REALLOCATION OF FUNDS FROM
DEBT SERVICE FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the estimates for "General Obligation Debt
Retirement" when added to the "Debt Service--Interest on Temporary
Investments" exceeds the total appropriation for Debt Service by
$66 ,730. 00.
WHEREAS, analysis completed by the Finance Division on
revenue collections for the first five months of the 1978/79 fiscal
year for "Interest on Temporary Investments--General Fund" indicates
that revenue projections for this particular category were under-
estimated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Proposed Budget as adopted
by Resolution No. 78-15726 be and the same is hereby amended by re-
allocating the $66, 730. 00 from " Debt Service--Interest on Temporary
Investments" to "Interest on Temporary Investments--General Fund. "
