A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-14917
BY ADDING THERETO THE NAME OF AN ADDITIONAL IN-
DIVIDUAL WHO SHALL HAVE AUTHORITY TO COUNTERSIGN
VOUCHERS DRAWING ON ACCOUNT IN THE INTERCONTINENTAL
BANK OF MIAMI BEACH DESIGNATED "CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
CONVENTION CENTER TRUST ACCOUNT. "
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY' OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Section 1 of Resolution No. 76-14917,
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on January 7 , 1976 , which Resolution No. 76-14917 provides au-
thority for the signing of vouchers drawing on the account in the
Intercontinental Bank of Miami Beach designated "City of Miami
Beach Convention Center Trust Account, " be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1: That on and after July 18, 1979, all
withdrawals of funds from that certain
City of Miami Beach bank account in the Intercon-
tinental Bank of Miami Beach, designated "City of
Miami Beach Convention Center Trust Account" shall
be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks, desig-
nated "City of Miami Beach Convention Center Trust
Account, " each bearing two signatures, as follows:

or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By D. Wayne Lunsford, Convention Center Assistant
Director,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Convention Center Events
Coordinator.
Countersigned by one of the following three individuals.:.
By F. L. Bleasdale, Administrative Assistant I,'.
By B. Dew, Administrative Assistant I,
By Vernon Stultz, Administrative Assistant I. "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
'OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a certified copy of this Resolution
shall be furnished to the Intercontinental Bank of Miami Beach.
