A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FEES AND
CHARGES FOR MAKING PHOTOGRAPHS OR COPIES OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
desires to establish uniform fees and charges for making photographs
or copies of public records of the City, and for the services of
City personnel in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has prepared an analysis
of the cost of photographing or copying public documents which
includes labor costs, breakdown of per Page copy cost, and monthly
rental charges for machines; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has determined the charges to
be reasonable and in conformance with the law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the rate schedule
for photographs or copies hereinabove authorized and provided for
shall be as follows :
